Innovision, LLC Achieves 'Awardable' Status for DoW Work

July 11, 2026

Dayton, Ohio – Innovision, LLC, an Ohio-based provider of digital engineering, human modeling and simulation, and artificial intelligence solutions for government and industry, today announced that it has achieved “Awardable” status through the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office’s (CDAO) Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace.

The Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace is a digital repository managed by the Department of War (DoW) Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO) that contains post-competition, readily awardable solutions that address the Department’s most significant challenges in the Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), data, and analytics space. All awardable solutions have been assessed through complex scoring rubrics and competitive procedures and are available to government customers with a Marketplace account.

Innovision’s submission featured JBook Copilot, an AI-powered, human-in-the-loop platform designed to modernize how the Department of the Air Force develops budget justification books (J-Books) for the Planning, Programming, and Budgeting (PPB) process – a task that currently consumes tens of thousands of hours each budget cycle.

JBook Copilot ingests source justification documents, leverages domain-fine-tuned small language models and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows to draft budget exhibits in natural language, and keeps a human reviewer in the loop throughout the authoring process. The platform can also operate entirely within a local environment, ensuring sensitive data remains under customer control without reliance on third-party cloud providers. JBook Copilot builds on the same core architecture behind two of Innovision’s existing products, ComFit Copilot and DeKCIB Copilot, giving the new platform a starting Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of 5.

Innovision was recognized among a competitive field of applicants whose solutions demonstrated innovation, scalability, and potential impact on national security missions. Government customers interested in learning more about JBook Copilot can access Innovision’s awardable solution through the Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace by creating an account at www.tradewindai.com.
