ComFit Copilot is an AI-driven design and decision-support system for personal protective equipment (PPE). It combines digital human models, generative AI, and advanced fit/comfort analytics with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) methods and adaptive query engines.

The goal is practical acceleration of PPE development: optimizing human-system fit, shortening design cycles, and reducing costly trial-and-error prototyping. Designers and engineers can explore fit, comfort, and performance considerations earlier—before physical iteration becomes the main bottleneck.
